User Obligations
Client Responsibilities
As our client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your project requirements
- Respond to our communications in a timely manner
- Provide necessary materials, content, and access required for service delivery
- Make payments according to agreed terms and schedules
- Respect our intellectual property rights and those of third parties
Prohibited Uses
You must not use our services for:
- Any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Creating content that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
- Infringing on intellectual property rights of others
- Distributing viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Payment Terms
Payment Schedule
- Advance Payment: 50% of total project cost required before work begins
- Final Payment: Remaining 50% due upon project completion and delivery
- Rush Orders: Additional charges may apply for expedited services
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
- UPI payments
- Cash payments (for local clients)
- Cheques (subject to clearance)
Late Payments
- Overdue payments may incur interest charges of 2% per month
- Work may be suspended for accounts overdue by more than 15 days
- Legal action may be taken for payments overdue by more than 60 days
Note: All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
Intellectual Property
Client Content
- You retain ownership of content you provide to us
- You grant us license to use your content for service delivery
- You warrant that you have rights to all content provided
Our Work Product
- Upon full payment, you receive ownership of final deliverables
- We retain rights to source files, working files, and methodologies
- We may use completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials
- We reserve rights to any pre-existing intellectual property
Third-Party Content
- Stock photos, fonts, and other licensed materials remain property of their owners
- Client is responsible for obtaining necessary licenses for ongoing use
- We will identify any third-party content used in projects
Limitation of Liability
Service Warranties
We warrant that:
- Services will be performed with professional skill and care
- Work will substantially conform to agreed specifications
- We have the right to provide the services offered
Disclaimer
Except as expressly stated, all services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Limitation of Damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Client must notify us of any issues within 30 days of delivery
- Our liability is limited to correction or refund of defective services
Important: Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability. These limitations may not apply to you.
Termination
Termination by Client
- You may terminate services with 7 days written notice
- Payment is due for all work completed up to termination date
- Cancellation fees may apply for work in progress
- Refunds are subject to our refund policy
Termination by Us
We may terminate services immediately if:
- Payment is overdue by more than 30 days
- You breach these terms and conditions
- You engage in prohibited or unlawful activities
- We are unable to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control
Effect of Termination
- All unpaid amounts become immediately due
- We will deliver work completed up to termination date
- Confidentiality obligations survive termination
- Either party may pursue legal remedies for breach
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by the laws of India
- Courts in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction
- Disputes will be resolved through negotiation first
- If negotiation fails, disputes may be subject to arbitration
