Photography & Videography Services

  • Service Completed: No refunds once photography/videography session is completed
  • Quality Issues: We will reshoot at no cost if technical failures occur on our end
  • Weather Cancellations: Rescheduling offered at no additional cost
  • Client No-Show: No refund if client fails to appear for scheduled session

Note: Travel expenses for destination shoots are non-refundable once incurred.

Digital Editing & Post Production

Before Work Begins

  • Full Refund: Available until work officially begins
  • Work Commencement: Defined as when we start processing your files
  • Rush Orders: Rush charges are non-refundable once work begins

Testing & Launch

Refund: No refund once live

Special Circumstances

  • Technical Impossibility: Full refund if project becomes technically unfeasible
  • Client-Requested Changes: Major scope changes may incur additional costs
  • Third-Party Dependencies: Delays due to third-party services may affect refund terms

Media Consulting Services

Consultation Sessions

  • 24+ Hours Notice: Full refund for cancellations
  • Less than 24 Hours: 50% refund
  • No-Show: No refund
  • Completed Sessions: No refunds once consultation is delivered

Training Workshops

  • 7+ Days Notice: 90% refund
  • 3-6 Days Notice: 50% refund
  • Less than 3 Days: No refund
  • Materials Provided: Workshop materials cost non-refundable

Ongoing Consulting

  • Monthly retainers: 30 days notice required for cancellation
  • Unused hours: May be carried over to next month
  • Early termination: Prorated refund for unused months

Cancellation Terms

Client-Initiated Cancellations

  • Must be submitted in writing (email acceptable)
  • Cancellation effective from date of written notice
  • Refund amount determined by service type and progress
  • Processing fee may apply for payment reversals

Muthu Digital-Initiated Cancellations

We may cancel services in the following situations:

  • Non-Payment: Services cancelled for overdue payments
  • Scope Creep: Major unauthorized changes to project scope
  • Impossible Requirements: Technically unfeasible project requirements
  • Force Majeure: Events beyond our control

Force Majeure: Includes natural disasters, government restrictions, health emergencies, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

  • Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
  • UPI: Instant to 24 hours
  • Original Payment Method: 5-10 business days
  • Cheque: 7-14 business days (if requested)

Processing Time: Refund timeframes begin after our approval, not from the initial request date.
